I had went to get a set of gel extensions. The staff there were very friendly and I was helped immediately after I arrived. My nails took an hour to finish and the lady who did them was very cautious and fixed them until they were right. The price was also pretty fair, compared to some other places. If I had one complaint, it would be the space in general wasn't very clean

This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to. I would not recommend it to anyone. They have zero customer service and only care about money. The price is too high. I went and got a gel refill and within 4 days, 4 of my nails chipped and broke. When i went to fix it they acted like they were doing me a favour. The lady paid zero attention and ended up gluing my entire figure which led to me having a cut on my finger. She also made the shape completely different than what i already had. No body in this salon knows how to do a decent job. Do not take your service here, you will regret it.
Good service,gave them advice to have a better system to disinfect there working tools.
I just had a pedicure there and it was great! The lady took her time, was very thorough and gentle. I would definitely go back here. Happy customer :)
Great place for loud talking in your ear across the room, half painted nails and customer unservice
had a super long wait while getting my car worked on at nearby Canadian Tire so I stopped in for a pedicure - service was ok, chairs don't all work but the location is good, the place doesn't smell too strongly of nail products and prices are reasonable - I'll come back again :)
Got the "Advanced Facial" today. Not exactly what they stated in the pamphlet. I never got the skin analysis nor the black/white head removal. The face and shoulder massage was good but the neck massage was a bit painful. I don't think the lady realized that the neck is more delicate than the shoulder and less force should be used. Overall, I was extremely disappointed in the service.
The lady doing my manicure did a terrible job. At some point I had to ask her to handle me the cutting pliers so I could remove the skin that she didn't remove. I do a better job getting my nails done at home. What a waste of time and money.
