My Note 5 had issues with battery not charging. I took it to several repair shops and they could not fix. They said it's issue with mother board and very hard to fix. I had almost given up, then someone referred me to IT Express. Ray is very good. He was able to retrieve my data. Thank you very much. He's also very friendly and honest with his diagnosis. I am very happy with the service and recommend it!

Needed to fix my keyboard and trackpad problem on my MacBook today which was on good Friday, and Ray fixed it by the end of the day which was quick and a job well done. My MacBook works perfectly fine now! He is kind and very hard working. Keep up the good job!
He just looked and me and told me he can’t fix my lap top. Didnt even bother really looking at the laptop. And had this rude “dont waste my time” type attitude. Took the laptop to another shop and they dealt with the problem instantly for a fair price. These other reviews were truly misleading.

Ray is very smart and knowledgeable when it comes to laptops. He was able to get parts for my laptop and fix it in a timely manner. The other stores at this mall said it was too complex to fix and told me to get a new laptop. Very friendly and keep up the great work!
