They made a beautiful countertop and the time between the order and the installation was craaaazy fast! Just 5 days to get my beautiful kitchen ready. The sales person was extremely patient and oriented to offer me the best. I really recommend this company if you are thinking about renovating your kitchen, bathroom, closet or anything that needs storage.

Literally dream home came true!! I really can’t thank Peter and his team enough for such an amazing work for my kitchen remodel. From the quotation to design to the on-site work, the process was smooth and made renovations not stressful at all. It took me 3 different contractors to finally come to them. Not gonna name names but other contractors were nothing but nightmares, some took 2months still not giving me a quote; some charged 3x higher that market price, some was not transparent on costs....but Peter has made sure my project was well taken care of throughout. Thank you again! And I promise I’ll take good care of this lovely space
We ordered our cabinets from here. The designers asked specifically what we wanted and provide multiple drafts for approval. They made sure our ideas and thoughts were heard. Even though the current situation may have impacted the speed of the process, but they ensure they meet the tight timeframe we gave them. Everyone followed safety protocols.

I do highly appreciate Imperial Granite’s great help. A mess was made by “R” that which meant our washer/dryer and faucets for all washrooms in my house couldn’t be used for 3 weeks despite repeated visits. “R” even threatened us that they would abandon our job and refund all the money. Of course, they haven’t done any refund at all. I immediately reached out Imperial for fixing this mess. Chloe is my real favourite, she took care of my case shortly. She took all the information about our remaining issues and had her boss to confirm if they were capable to fix it. I think this is called responsibility that “R” certainly don’t have. Imperial made sure they were ok then sent over the installers to my house within 2 hours. The installers from Imperial were absolutely amazing as they fixed the entire mess in 4 hours only. They are courteous, professional and very efficient. They put all countertops in good placement, remove all wrong splash guards and placed it back to the wall perfectly, especially the Dekton as it was difficult to be cut as is easily chipped, however, they did it WAY WAY BETTER than “R” did. I couldn’t be more happier now and I wouldn’t know what to do if we didn’t have Imperial’s help. If could give 100 stars here, I would. Thank you Steven, Chloe and also Mandy in Cabinets department! Mandy is also my favourite that she was a great help and offered advice for my renovation project. Very Grateful to them all and we highly recommend this company to everyone!
