Extremely poor customer service. Please cancel immediately if Thionn De Landro is your account manager. I have to literally plead with him for a response. How can a professional be this poor in communication? POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS BE AWARE! I have been charged for the last 2 months after CANCELLING my insurance with them! They do not stop taking money out of your account even after you sign over the cancellation form. It is criminal!
I had a policy with this company that I need to review, I attempted to contact the account manager in charge who was Natalie Murphy Owens, I sent her 2 emails which she didn't responded, I left her messages all throughout the week as I had a dateline to renew my malpractice insurance in order to update my yearly college renewal. She finally responded by email by the third time saying that she had received my call but I had to wait in que until she was available, no time line were given. I found her behaviour and to be dismissive, unhelpful and totally unprofessional. I won't do business with this company again. Very poor service.
This is the worst place ever. I’ve been calling over one month now and still can’t to a broker every time I call the customer service they transfer my call to a broker and nobody pick up the phone..... And the customer service only answers the phone once every week. They raised my insurance price without notifying me and I have no accidents or claim and nobody is picking up the phone to explain this to me
I was with hub international for about 5 years. During that time, they changed my account manager about 5 times. Lots of turnover and no one notifies you of who your current contact is. When we got a new car, they charged about 2k higher for my wife insurance than for mine even though she had no accidents. This is where the story gets interesting. IRIS was my most recent account manager. After negotiating back and forth for a month we agreed on a number that was more reasonable. However when I got my invoice it was still the overpriced amount initially quoted. When I asked Iris about that, she said she made a mistake when giving me the quote. I don't know what type of hiring process they go through at hub or if they just randomly pick people off the street. But Iris is always confused, do not reply to emails and seems to have no idea what is going on. Needless to say, I quickly cancelled our service with them and am now happily with Blake from Surex. This was a long review but I hope it will caution people against dealing with Iris and hub international in general. A horribly run company.
