New devolper. Very kind staff that work there, almost too kind as it's a bit awkward. The developer existed before working with private homes and is transitioning to larger scale housing such as townhomes. Their show room is still under construction but it feels like they are in there to stay. If there's anyone hesitant to purchase a place because they never heard of them, you should book an appointment to look at their show room as it will give you more faith. I only purchased the pre con few weeks ago, I can't comment on whether it is going to be delay or have any issues with quality control. But over all they were super nice and we took the plunge.
