I brought in an Audi last fall to get Ceramic Pro and PPF done after talking to Wayne on the phone. I could tell right away from the call that he was somebody who cared about the work and process. He didn't try to sell me anything; we simply talked about the products themselves, benefits, comparisons to other products, and so forth. When I brought the car in, Wayne came out and we talked about the car, how recently I'd gotten it, and looked at its condition. When we did get down to business, he was professional, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. Prices and timelines were set, and they were more than reasonable. Fast forward to when all the work was done: The car was immaculate and very shiny indeed. (: I asked for advice on upkeep and how to protect the work that was done, and once again, Wayne and his team were thorough in explaining what to do. I'm looking forward to bringing the car in for that ano wash\ in the spring after winter's harsh touch. Wayne and his crew are friendly and quite meticulous in the work they do. Friendly and responsive. After my old totally named tint shop smoked in my brand new car, I found these guys. That was 5 years ago, and I’ve had 3 cars tinted here since, and referred at least 2 others here, and everyone has been happy. The ceramic tint that they installed looks great and keeps the car noticeably cooler. I will return the next time I buy a car
