My go to place for our weekly bubble tea in Markham. The owner Jessica is always very nice and pleasant. The teas and smoothies are so yummy. Definitely a nice treat!!

Our go-to place for lychee or taro bubble tea at First Markham. My kid seems to prefer this place over others in the same food court. Part of the cut throat bubble tea trade for your hard-earned change.
You gotta try this stuff. you'll have a blast at all the flavours. come with family and friends so you can trade flavours if you are new to these style of drinks. Been here a few times, and it's my go to spot because the people are really friendly. if you want less sugar, just ask.

The best fruit smoothies in Highway 7/404 area. Try their Mango smoothie with chunks. The taste of fresh ripe mango stands out! The Avocado smoothie is also very creamy and so fresh. I drive 30 mins and it is always worth the trip. Prices are also significantly lower thank most smoothie/BBT places. Top value for your dollar.
The owners know my orders by heart and always make the best drinks at such a low cost! My favourites include: taro milk tea with tapioca and ice lemon tea. They also have a rewards card where you can get a free drink every time you buy 7 drinks.
I go here for the Mango Slush! Super cheap compared to a lot of bubble tea places these days and the drinks are amazing!
Their crepe with whipped cream, strawberries and bananas for 5.75 with coffee included is an unbeatable deal. Plus, a whole bunch of other drinks on the menu. Count me as a fan!
