Edgewood Greens/Flato - So far it's just been nightmare one after another. They took too many shortcuts, used cheap materials and contractors to get their job done. We basically moved into a house that was not ready, yet safe for us to live. There is so much to say, especially with workmanship and quality of their built. This is our 4th time buying a brand new home with builders and I feel like we got our house built by low grade builder. From the front to the back of the house to the ceiling, everything about this property is just upsetting. Our warranty is a joke, a lot of items from our PDI didn't get resolve properly. I'm not even sure if they take their customer seriously. The site supervisors gives you too many promises that they can't even keep up. Flato you need to pay attention to your quality, workmanship regardless if it's low or high end packages. We regret buying this property from Edgewood Greens by Flato.
