I'd initially left a 1 star rating with some serious concerns about a job done at our condo building. Dan reached out to us and was very reasonable and accepting of the shortcomings we discussed relating to the installation of an entry door. We have agreed on a mutually satisfactory solution so we'll see if and when that happens however should everything be made right I will certainly change this review to reflect that.
Having worked with the company for 2.5 years; I'd like to mention why this is a 5 STAR Security Service Provider as well as a 5 STAR Employer. 1. Management: Proactive and extremely prompt management team ensures no question or concern goes unresolved and this includes the technical team as well who are in-charge of Monitoring & Surveillance Systems. 2. Co-Workers: From Site Supervisors to Site Guards (across all work sites) there is a teamwork mentality that FSPS employees share and everyone loves doing what they do because of support from Management since Day 1 of getting hired. 3. Mobile Team: There is a 24/7 response team ready to assists all Security Guards and they are reasonably prompt no matter the time of the day and they also have a stand-by crew for last minute Security Guard presence requirements which I believe is a very beneficial asset to the company and the Client(s). 4. Last but not the least; Owner: It is an honor to have been worked with Dan who is a dedicated and fair employer. He blends in willingly to assist any member of the team to ensure that clients' requirements are exceeded and not only met. Moreover, he is a positive influence over everyone and has a consistently active involvement as much as possible. Definitely a good place to seek employment to gain experience, or to grow as an individual if you already have experience. *** Potential Clients please note that this a FULL SERVICE Security Company with expert experience towards Surveillance and Access Control Systems as well. ***

Just another spoiled GTA contractor -- they've recommended to do the re-wiring for en-suite security alarm, and for more than two months they fail to schedule an appointment to come in. Probably because they do not want to come for 150 job. They just keep ignoring communication from my property management.
