My husband and I are completely blown away by Gevorg and Ovid on the installation of our new windows. We could not believe how late they committed to staying behind just to get the interior complete so we can enjoy our home sooner. We have been working with contractors all throughout this year to update our recently purchased first home. Never have we met ones that are this dedicated and hardworking. They saved us a lot of time as my dad was able to come back the next day to complete the drywall and paint the trim. Overall, we were able to enjoy our home sooner. In addition, my dad is a general contractor for over 35 years and he said that their work is very impressive. He says their 90 degree angles are immaculate and they are very skilled. He is rarely impressed. We are so glad we chose your company, the service has been top notch from start and to finish. We already have friends asking us who installed our windows after seeing some pictures. Thank you so much for your work! you completely transformed our home!

Fieldstone recently put in a new sliding back door as well as enlarged a widow opening and inserted a large new window. We cant be more thrilled with the final product. From the initial consultation and discussion with Ken who was so helpful at planning what we should do and what product was best as well as organizing the brick work. Rapunzel was fantastic at keeping us informed on the timing of everything and at install Evgeni did a meticulous job. We would highly recommend this company as it has top of the line product as well as employees who have provided amazing service. We will look to these guys again next year when we replace our front door.
The fieldstone team was professional and efficient. They installed a sliding door off our kitchen and a window off our dining room this summer. From start to finish the team did a fantastic job. We will be happy to have them back for the rest of our windows in the near future.
Terrible customer service: - Lied to us about delivery expectations (understandable that things are delayed due to COVID, but NOT understandable that they knew of these delays when they gave shorter timelines, or that the timeline isn't the guarantee they said, or that they don't even start counting when you place the order with them) - Windows were way overpriced, the same Strassburger windows were found much cheaper with other vendors (25%) - Didn't bother to tell us the delivery was delayed for a second time until the day they were supposed to be delivered, despite knowing 5 days earlier Sales rep also didn't seem to understand fairly basic things - for example, when we said an option was too expensive for us, she thought it was a good idea to give us another option that was almost 20% higher cost, and was very condescending about having answered something (\if you read the email...\), when it seemed she hadn't bothered to read the actual question. I'd stay away.
