Worse service ever. Problem with the management as the person is not professional and rude. Even the staff was better then him. Needs to be replaced on someone more educated, intelligent and smart. By the way I never got my package delivered. 3 weeks passed since the date it was promised to be at my house door. I wasted my family evening standing in line in front of their office in 30 people customers line in cold and windy weather when their customer support line said my package was at this location. 2 hours of wasted time just to know that they can not find our package in their store! When I demanded them to find it due to seriousness of the situation (expected some business docs to complete a deal), the manager came shouting to me asking to leave their office. Never ever had such an attitude which together with the problems they created by not delivering the documents on time (and even was not delivered at all) shows the poor level of this office operation. I suggest to avoid FedEx by all means and this location specifically.

Service was slow. Not sure if the process or people but it took over 20 mins to ship stuff over to USA. People seem to be helpful though so most probably is the process. Parking is less compared to the number of walk in people.
I just wanted to thank both Ruby and Aaron for such a great customer service. Ruby started helping me and guiding me through the process of obtaining a pre-paid airway bill after discussing with Aaron and she was very helpful. Afterwards, Aaron came along and continued from there. Aaron offered me the best customer service I have ever received in Canada. He was very helpful, professional and accommodating. He is also very knowledgeable and has such a great attitude. I wanted to speak with the supervisor to thank both of them as I really understand the frustration when some employees are not helpful. I wasted at least 3 hours previously on the phone and at another branch trying to get this pre-paid airway bill sorted without a result. Even when I entered this branch, another employee started with a negative response saying that they can't process my request at the branch level. However, Ruby stepped in and offered her great help and approached her supervisor trying her best to help me. Then Aaron took it all to the next level with an exceptional customer service. Thank you very much again Ruby and Aaron for your great help!
The service was the best from the representative on the phone to the young lady who looked after me at the FedEx location. She was friendly and patient, helping me with my first time shipping experience at FedEx.
If I could give a zero I would! FedEx are a joke and offering horrendous service with no understanding on how inconvenient it it to stay home expecting a delivery and they just move the delivery date. Been on with them 3 times this week and my package is still at their sorting center. SEVEN DAYS! Check out the photo for proof! NEVER EVER USE THESE RIPOFF ARTISTS! I will add that Sammy, the csr, did seem to care and assist me. However, he could not reach anyone find out why this delivery has been botched!
