I was helped by Jenny Chan. She was quick to respond to me and gave me the lowest rate possible. I have worked with quiet a few insurance brokers before and they are all very hard to reach and don’t care for customer service. Jenny however, made everything easy for me and I can reach her through text! Whenever I need her, she will respond in the same day and get me what I need asap. Hello, Last night we stayed at EST Hotel in room 402 with jacuzzi tub. It’s was a great room but around 3:00am we woke up in freezing temperature, it was -5 and imagine how it feels to stay in a half glass room in that situation. we noticed that heater doesn’t work after 3 times calling reception , they finally told us that engineer is sleeping and we can not wake him up, they asked us to pack and change the room at that time which wasn’t possible and we didn’t accept. They gave us 15% off which is not also acceptable; sleeping in a cold room in winter in Toronto and still paying money. I’m getting cold and have headache because couldn’t sleep last night. I am writing this to find out how a hotel like that treat guest this way. Thanks, Amir Abbasi
