Extremely disappointed with the staff at this location. I called in 2 weeks ago asking for them to ship a product from another store to theirs since the site isn’t available for delivery. The staff confirmed it would be done and call me when it arrived. I called 1 week later, they said I’d get a call when it arrives. Called 1 week after now I’m told there wasn’t even an order for it and it’s out of stock everywhere. Thanks for lying and for the major disappointment

Called in to hold a Nintendo Switch. Pick up was efficient and quick. Staff was friendly and was able to give advice on accessories.
All their staff has extensive knowledge of their product and store policies. Peter was so helpful and friendly! I felt bad coming in to do a return but he didn’t make me feel bad for that. I ended up buying more after my return.
