Dr. Werger is the best ENT specialist out there. He has a very kind demeanour and took the time to answer all of my questions in depth. I went ahead and had my deviated septum surgery done with him and I can finally breathe again! I can't thank him enough. His staff is also very accommodating and returns voicemails very quickly. I am very happy and am absolutely shocked at all the negative reviews on here.

Doctor Werger did my biopsy after i was referred to him for a throat lump ,he did a great job and was very professional He got back to me within 3 days with result and all though the result was not a good one Doc Werger was sincere and empathic Nice man great Doctor u can be confident of the level of service u will receive
I had a telephone meeting with Dr Werger due to the pandemic. He called on schedule and provided consultation on my child's tonsils and orthodontic procedures. Dr. Werger was familiar with the situation, explained his position and described the risks of tonsil removal. I was concerned about previous reviews, but he was professional and answered all my questions.
If you have been assigned to Dr. Jeffrey Werger and have not seen him yet and have come here to check his reviews before you go see him, please consider cancelling your appointment and find another doctor that is more pleasant to deal with. As you can clearly see that a 2.2 star rating speaks for itself. Because of the COVID-19 we were scheduled to have a phone consultation in which they called a day earlier which we missed and they left a message saying they will not rechedule but they called again anyway the next day and because we weren't expecting it again we missed it because we are at work. They left a message saying if we want to re-schedule we need to pay them 60. The arrogance of this guy is unacceptable. Its no surprise, read the reviews, they speak for themselves. I will not ever be seeing this doctor and will easlily find someone else that has a personality.
Unbelievable experience. I had an appointment at 8.45 today and because of accident on the road I called Dr office(around 8.30) and informed to front desk staff that I will b little late. I reached there around 9 and they said now Dr. Can't see me. !.. requested so many times but they are not ready to listen me. If we have to wait there for few hours that's fine with them but if we are little late because of genuine reason they shouldn't do that. In their life time they never late ?!.. They give me new appointment after 2 months !..
