Dr. Hang is very friendly and polite. He always answers my questions. I recommend him.
Dr. Cheng has good attitude, but it seems that he’s too busy to follow up, and as a patient, I have to call back to confirm if the lab test result has been received by the doctor. The receptionist is super terrible and leaves me horrible impression, not only hard to reach by phone, but also has poor attitude, especially the one speaks Cantonese and sits next to the window, with no greeting, no eye contact, impatient, impolite, and unprofessional!!!!
New location has less patients and less waiting time. Doctor Cheng was friendly and professional. He provided every advice I can use. He speaks Mandarin well and I heard he could speak Cantonese and French as well. I would recommend him to my friends for sure.
Dr. Cheng is professional and friendly. He answered all of our health concerns. The office staff was satisfactory.
