It's convenient to order online and either ship to home or pick up. I choose to pick up, but once there, it can take awhile before someone comes out to bring the order. In general, I would recommend them.

This company is disorganized and unreliable. Unfortunately they are the only company in canada that sells Tandem pump supplies so I am stuck doing business with them. I will probably switch back to medtronic for my pump as a result. If you are in Canada and considering switching to a Tandem pump, I recommend not to do it until they find better retailers for their supplies.
was going to switch to Tandem slim from Medtronic 630 G so I could access the Dexcom G6 sensor as a new therapy. I was really disappointed with the difference in cost for reservoirs and infusion sets from Diabetes express. it worked out to an extra 600.00/year above what is given by ADP and that's not talking about the added cost of going to the Dexcom sensor over the freestyle Libre. Tandem doesnt care so I guess they think that Type 1 Diabetes is a licence to drain your bank account and partner with a low service price gouging company like Diabetes Express. if your type 1 and have no insurance your screwed. Type 1 Diabetics should receive free insulin and any tech that can improve their life. This is not a platform for a little tech release every year like a game system or cell phone money grab.
Incredible failure to achieve their business objective. - I received warm insulin shipped to a pharmacy, not my house. - I ordered insulin to my home, but it was delivered to a pharmacy 1km away defeating the purpose of ordering from them. When I picked it up it was in a box, warm and unrefrigerated. I called to ask for new insulin, they tell me a nurse will call me to resolve this. The nurse did not call. A week later I call back asking for a refund, they tell me to return the product and they will send a shipping label. They do not send a shipping label. I call today, they acknowledge not sending the shipping label and tell me again they will send a shipping label. I am uncertain. 3 calls, 30 days, no solution, 30 minutes on hold. While I love the concept of this business and the potential benefit it could offer, at this time I urge you to use a more reliable pharmacy.
I hve had excellent service from them. Always courteous and solved my issues. Easy to deal with and shipments are fast.
