Very rich flavoured Hk milk tea! I love their aesthetic Hk styles interior and their cute reusable cups. Egg waffle is good but nothing rlly special. Will try their pineapple buns next time!

Cuppa Tea has many yummy drinks and snacks. But for me, I associate this business the most with their Hong Kong milk tea and pineapple buns. If you haven't tried their Hong Kong milk tea yet, do give it a whirl. It's a fusion of tea and coffee mixed together, and brewed for hours. Sometimes while you are waiting, you might get to see the associates pour the liquid from one tea pot into another in the most spectacular manner. The tea has a nice inviting flavour. Note - don't drink it at night unless you plan to do an all nighter. It's very very strongly caffeinated. You can order this as a hot drink or a cold beverage. The other item that's super popular at Cuppa tea is the pineapple bun. It looks ordinary from the outside. But they have a slice of butter which melts when they warm up the bun for you. And the slightly sweet taste of the bun, along with the salty butter, is the perfect combination. Eat that with your tea, and your belly will be happy. At least mine was. Lol. The service at this place in Markham is ok. They are fast and efficient and will give suggestions when asked. Another plus for me coming here is their free parking spots. What's not to like. Lol.

Their HK style milk tea with creama was really good - very smooth and on the milky side.

Have been waiting to try this place for awhile and finally had the opportunity. The decor is really something different. It suits the casual atmosphere alongside the casual fare of the food and drinks. The drinks here, even though they do have the regular style drink, they are strongly HK influenced, but with a few really unique drinks. I had the Ferrero ro shake with the chewy purple rice base. The purple rice was nice. Could taste every grain that came through the straw. I was able to taste the hazelnut from the Ferrero....powder?? Not sure... but I wish it had a stronger flavour. For me, pricing seemed adequate when you compare to other tea shops. The everyday drinks you can get at other hk style cafes does get pricey here, but when you get the bubble teas and more specialized drinks, it does seem reasonable. Good job... I do want to come back and try the hk style waffles here. So hoping to make it back here again!!

Love this place! They finally have my fav egg and milk pudding ️! It’s more milk than egg than the traditional ones, but they added taro and tapioca on it for a great twist! Will be back :)

I finally got to visit CuppaTea 'cause I was in the area (pretty far from where I live) and I'm so happy about it! I had been eyeing their shop since their grand opening (AGES AGO) because I love a well-poured milk tea. I opted for two large bottles, one of their SIGNATURE MILK TEA (MUST) and the other of their COFFEE MILK TEA, both at 50% sugar. This sweetness level was okay for me personally, but I think I wouldn't mind it at 70% sugar either for days when I'm having a sweet tooth (seeing that their milk tea doesn't seem too sweet to begin with)! Both flavors were strong and bold, but the winning factor was definitely the texture. These were so smooth to drink and that's the sign of a good, hand-pull HK milk tea! Walking in and looking around, it seems that they are not currently offering dine-in as a result of the pandemic. In terms of service, I went there around 11:15 am which is pretty close to their opening time, so I was the sole customer there and there was only one employee as well. Service was friendly and well-mannered. Follow me on Instagram @oh.snap.vonny for more food reviews and photos!

The pineapple bun with butter is amazing. The top of the bun is so crispy and the butter melts when u bite with the bun. The pork chop bun is great too. The HK style milk tea and coffee milk tea are the best in town.
