Make sure when they offer free appliances to confirm the brand name. Recently we bought a 900k townhouse and our fridge is a no name brand that we never heard of before. Not only that, it didn't work and instead of giving us a new one, they swapped it with our neighbour and offered them a brand new one - how ridiculous. The service is terrible and regret buying our first home from Madison. The floors are creeking and squeeking so much but instead of fixing it, they are asking us to bear all expenses. Very disappointed.
