Excellent service with the best rates! We checked out a different currency exchange place prior to coming here and this place beat the other one by a mile. Always better than the bank rates too. Was helped by 2 employees today and they were both great! Had some issues with debit card maximums and they were patient and helpful. Would definitely recommend and will come straight here from now on. Thank you!

I received a phone call that the Russian rubles I ordered are ready. Typically, when I get a call and pick up the money, the money is ready in the envelope and it will be counted in front of me. IT is a short transaction. When I gave my credentials and the lady counted my money, I remember that I have VIP card and I mentioned it to her. She said I can find it out for you. She asked for my name and my address. Since I moved two years ago, I was not certain if the system has the new address. I gave her both addresses. She said she needs my driver's license. I did. It took her forever to finish the transaction. I told her to not update the system and just give me the Rubles because I have to pick up my grandson and it is his first day in school. This is when she got really bitchy. Anyone with compassion will understand the significance of picking up a grandson. Instead, she argued with me. Then she said, you see, I still have to count the money and if I am in a hurry, I should just come back. Since this is the last step, I told her I will wait for the money. When she gave me the money, I counted and I was raring to leave. Then she said very bitchily 'DO you want the money or not?' She was going to give me back some money because I got a better rate due to my VIP card. To her credit, she searched for my file in VIP and reminded me about the money. But must she asked it that way? This girl has no customer service at all. More importantly, she has no empathy for women like me who multi-task.

Waste of my time. Refused to do the local price match and gave lousy service. Very disrespectful staff, with such a negative attitude. Will not use them again! So many local companies offering better pricing. Shop around - you will save much more.

The staff in this location are very friendly, and the store was in a very convenient location. I was serviced by Thaigo and my experience went smoothly. They also have a wide range of currencies. Korean won, Japanese yen, and Chinese yuan have all been exchanged there.

Great place to exchange money. Much better than regular banks. Continental also has special days with preferred rates for retirees, teachers and heroes. Service is fast and rates are much better than at the bank.

Janelle was exceptional! I was very satisfied with her patience as she dealt with debit card withdrawal issues. Gave us the best conversion rate from CAD to Yen. Best Continental in the continent.

At first I was extremely furious about the amount of time I had to wait in line to be served. I must have waited at least 20-25 minutes before I was finally helped since there was only one teller available while another teller closed her window off and ran around behind ignoring the lineup in front of her. That soon changed when I was greeted happily by the teller at this location, Jasmine. She was so friendly and apologetic as well as offering me a better rate and no service charge for keeping me waiting. I’ve never met someone with a better personality and attitude than this teller, it was hard to stay mad after that. Thank you for the great service!
