The bank teller has a lots bad attitude. I went there for banking services, not to see your upset face. hope this branch manager can train the tellers how to smile and provide good attitudes in front of customers.

Worst service ever. They have no idea how to do their job at all. It’s ridiculous that they told me they don’t know how to deal with business account because they don’t have a business center in this location. Excuse me?!? Get trained better!
Advisor is helpful with my investment. Whenever I went to the branch, staff members working at the time were more than happy to assist me. They promptly resolved my issue. I loved the way they knew most of the clients that were walking in and address them by their names. That is definitely a good customer service!
