I ordered door dash, they did not put any rice in the chicken bowl I ordered. I had to drive 15 mins to pick up the chicken bowl which should’ve already been made correctly. When I arrived at the store to get a remake of my order, they handed me someone else’s order that was placed. I am not sure how Chipotle is hiring because these workers shouldn’t have even been hired in the first place. The service I received was disgusting, they also took back the other persons order that I opened. That is disgusting! We are in a pandemic and I feel bad for whoever received that order. I would highly recommend ordering from a different chipotle because clearly this chipotle does not live up to the amount of stars it currently has.
This site is my first choice restaurant. Of all restaurants I know I like it most. I always suggests to my friends to go to visit this restaurant. Whenever I want to go to a delicious lunchon, this is the place that comes immediately to my head. fresh and all sorts of food and a large list of dishes.helpful crew, and good mood. Also, the expence is decent. I recommend this spot with no hesitation.
Proportions of the food varies depending on staff. Been there several times and the amount of food I've received are always different. The taste of the food though is consistent and tasty. Price is a little expensive.
The quality of the food is great but for the past few times I've ordered online, the order ALWAYS had some issues. They either had missing items or it did not resemble what I've ordered at all (as shown in the photo ) If you cannot go instore to order, I do not recommend ordering from this location since you dont know if the order will be correct. Staff should pay more attention to orders espcially since people may not be able to go in-store to order or eat during COVID. So it's too late by the time they check the order upon delivery or getting back home
