This is the one of few places I was able to find to purchase French reading books for my daughter. They have all your reading needs in one place. Great customer service directing you to find the specific items you're searching.

That is a good store with a great variety of books and accessories. However, I was asked to delete photos and videos that I made for Google review. The reason of that was that they thought I wanted to make photos of their employees but I didn’t intend to. That was a stressful experience.
One of the best store!! This location is clean and tidy all the time. Products are neatly stacked most if the other places are messed up with few items on the wrong shelves. Employees keep doing rounds to place them on the right place that's the best part of this location. Good customer service and faster checkout.
With every store, there are staff who are good and courteous, and staff who do not care. In this particular store, the Manager, Ellie, is amazing. However, the Assistant Manager, Sue Mason, is very rude, and condescending. While one has every right not to attend Customer's request, there is courtesy and manners that are basic requirement with every leadership role. I urge Indigo Management to review this employee's interactions with customers over the phone, and to provide her with pertinent customer service and leadership training. Please feel free to contact me if necessary.
Went to return something I bought online. Greeter reminds people to sanitize hands and wear mask. They taped off the computers use to search for items, so no one is too close. Staff polite and helpful. Starbucks I think was closed, I didn't smell coffee. Also had a quick peak at kids section. Alot of great crafty stuff.
They really have their wits about them when it comes to covid. Really great explanation as you enter the store of what to do. And the customer service was amazing. An extremely helpful staff that are also quite joyful. Actually, one staffer works full-time elsewhere but does this job for the fun of it. I had a small hiccup when it came to my plum points, but the staff took me thru it step-by-step. It's a great store and I highly recommend it to anyone who lives in the area!
Went there to have a crubside pickup. Their phone line was quite busy and had to try multiple times. However, they were pretty quick to bring the package once you let them know your parking location. Since you just have to open the trunk for them, I felt quite safe.
I could live in this place! While I do not completely understand the difference between Chapters and Indigo since they are owned together, it really doesn't matter because if you already love Indigo you'll love this place too. I could spend all day roaming the endless shelves of books. They also have a lot of merchandise for popular novel series and series that have turned into movies. A good idea to shop for some of their merch for a Christmas present! I always end up staying and buying way longer than planned. Now that's what you call good marketing!
