We're an HVAC company and my experience with this branch has been pretty great in the past almost 2 years I've dealt with them, so I'm not sure as to why there are mostly1 star reviews. Every time I've called in to make an order or to cancel an order or even with general questions regarding our account the staff members there were friendly and courteous. Cheryl and Chris were the people I get the most frequently on the phone and both have been very friendly and helpful. Services were also great when I've visited in person as well. Despite there being times where mistakes was made on our orders we're still quite happy with the branch, as the issues were quickly rectified and the apologies we received were sincere. Hopefully this review gives a more fair idea of this branch's service.
The worst company that I have ever dealt with. We paid 1200 for 5 years extended warranty. Yet it have been almost a month that every week one guy comes in to clean my newly installed air conditioning unit and says it will be fine in 3 hours. Yet it have been almost a month that nothing have changed where the degrees in the house is reaching to almost 32 degrees with no air conditioning. I would never recommend to buy any product that belongs to carrier as they have the worst customer service I have been calling for the past week and every time they forward me to a different phone number and nothing gets resolved always I end up calling the same guy that I bought the unit from where he keeps saying that he will send someone but the issue is not being resolved. His name is Asif khan that works in Lowe’s mississauga location. Terrible product and company
We are an HVAC company and always have very good experience with this branch. All employees in this branch especially Cheryl are very friendly, honest, experienced, and knowledgeable. I remember last summer we were desperately looking for GREE PTAC unit to install it in our client condo unit as she was released from hospital and needed to rest in a conditioned space. But, the unit was in Vancouver warehouse and they said it would take about a week to be shipped to Markham branch. She “Cheryl” did her best and used all her communication skills and power to manage getting the unit here in Markham branch in a two days which was unbelievable. We just want to thanks her for her strong customer service and also thank branch management to support their contractors business.
Absolutely garbage quality components with 2 months of commercial downtime to get the parts from abroad and put them together. AVOID LIKE A PLAGUE!!
