They were nice on the phone took my appointment quickly, same day. Got the A value package and the car looks better than I imagined. It's about a year old and it looks like new, the grill on the car is hard to get clean because of the finish and they cleaned it up. Smells nice which wasn't expected with this package. Very impressed and will be back for a full detail package in the spring. Very positive experience!

I had a good experience at Car Insanity. First and foremost they are friendly, respectful and a pleasure to talk to. They listen attentively to your needs and complete the job with care and quality. Great service. Polite and hard working staff. I brought it a work vehicle which we use for environmental research, which is constantly covered it dirt from the floor to the dashboard. Although they recommended the detailed interior clean, as it included steam cleaning to get dirt marks on the doors and such, the basic interior package cleaned up most of the car. I will definitely be coming back again (hopefully for the detailed clean). The clean took approximately 1 hour and there was a waiting room equipped with couches, gaming consoles, and wifi.
I went to check out Car Insanity Auto Detailing & Design after reading about them on RedFlag. I decided to purchase the interior detailing package for my 2011 A4 and I have to say, the work done completely exceeded my expectations. I was very impressed by their attention to detail and commitment to quality! I have finally found my go to detailing spot and will be sure to recommend this place to friends.

My appointment was taken place on time; Staffs are very friendly while I am waiting; more than 3 ppl were working together on my car, very efficient and detailed cleaning work on every piece of the car; The most professional washing area & equipments among all I have been... Top NOTCH quality job and outstanding CUSTOMER SERVICE by Benny and his staff. Brought in my 2013 black Ford Escape after a cross Canada western 9500km road trip. Front bumper had severe swirl marks and scratches due to scrubbing and removing bugs marks and stains during the road trip. Front bumper was polished and entire car washed, waxed and coated. Front bumper gleamed and all swirl marks and light surface scratches gone! You pay a little more but worth every penny. They definitely know what they're doing and would use them again hands down!
Did a interior cleaning for my car in this store. Didn't expect much at the beginning since my car is over ten years old. However, it turned out to be a great experience. The staffs were pretty nice and kind and the technicians were professional too. I love the smell of my car now!
