Order 3 items, informed me to pick up online order 8 days later, (understand it's busy). But when I arrived counter, told me short CPU, out of stock. I paid other 2 items(useless without CPU). More update, motherboard had screw on it and motherboard don't support memory, but CCwebsite says suport. Very un-pro

Worst Customer Service I have ever seen from anywhere. I dropped off my computer back in Dec 2020 and never heard back. I dropped by the new store in late Jan 2021 and my computer was sitting on the shelve - returned with a broken key and missing screws in the back. No explanation on what they found wrong why my computer wasn't powering up. They claimed they had to contact head office for info. Another month goes by and again I had to contact them to see what's happening with my computer. This time, they say I needed a new motherboard. Three months without a computer, 56 for diagnostic just to drop off the computer, 4 visits to the store, no calls from CC ever while my computer was there, complaint to the store manager Michael, he took a picture of my receipt and say he would investigate and call me back - never did!!!! What a nightmare!!!
