I went to Braidan Wheel and Tire in Markham to have new, high end Michelin's installed. They were able to source the tires I wanted, when my other tire shop could not. For some reason, I needed to get the tires rebalanced, however they offered to do this at no charge. The owner reached out to gather feedback on this. You can tell they care about their business.

Great service & price. Professional staff, Jim was very helpful in getting me the right tires & rims for my 2017 SQ5. Without his knowledge, I would have bought rims that wouldn't fix. Will recommend and return for future service.
Great service and prices. They even rebalanced for me when I was getting a vibration (I scraped balancing weight off the wheel when I rubbed a curb)
The service was as promised. On time, professional and competitively priced. Mr. Braidan and his team of mechanics are very positive, knowledgeable and experienced. By far the best place to go, for wheels, tires and installation. It's been a long time since I have seen an operation like this. Very refreshing. Customer service and quality service at its BEST! Will definitely be back and will recommend to anyone looking for rims and tires.
