Questioning even keeping my business here.They cut off access to tellers earlier than designated hours of operation to go home early. Not sure if that's allowed but they would not allow me in to make a withdrawal from my business account. I had to rush to another branch and unfortunately could not make it in time. If you want to save yourself the trouble you are better off going to another branch to save time and energy. They will not service you once they've decided their end time for the day. Will be filing a formal complaint soon. Been a customer for several years and have not had to face something like this. Just makes the company image look bad overall.

Hours for Thursday and Friday is from 9:30 - 7pm. I thought it opened till 8pm because of the search! It was closed when I went there. Waste of time!
