Really nice, knew their pricing business offerings and great service. I uploaded my photos in 5mins yesterday and am collecting today. 110 pictures. Good price too. Would use them again. Got some great ideas for gifts. They do passport photos too, a lady was buying some when I was in the store. Good to know. That will be my next stop when I need them done.

TERRIBLE! i went in store to order a mug to have a baby picture of my brother and i on it for my mother's day present. The representative promised me it'd be in BEFORE mother's day, if anything same week because it'll be 7-10 business days, and of course if you count the days it would be before mother's day. I am not saying it is the representative fault. But it is even worse that i was the one who had to keep calling the store every week for a follow up, they promise to call me back with a follow up but no calls was returned. On top of that, for being late, no apologies were made. This gift was suppose to be small special gift. I was even planning to use their "shoe box" services because it seem great idea, but after this HORRIBLE experience, i rather scan each picture myself, edit it and put it in a usb MYSELF rather than having these people help me.
Great customer service, photos printed within 30 minutes, customer service rep helped me through the entire process I was in the store for a grand total of 100 seconds.
