Absolutely disgusting. Worst customer service at this location and specifically with Calvin. Bell has put us through hell trying to simply do an I store pick up. Calvin on top of that has got to be the absolute worst. Why work in a front facing service industry if you lack all the skills to provide quality service to your customers? Calvin was judgemental, rude, condescending and absolutely disgusting to deal with. Instead of trying to simply help and identify what the issue was. He refused to do more than type on his computer and refused to assist in calling into customer service to figure out why he was unable to see an order when we had multiple email confirmations to show the phones were ready for pick up at the Markville location. This entire experience has deterred me from moving forward with my order with Bell and would rather give the business to another provider. If you do decide to get a phone here, definitely don't see Calvin.

Had to visit Bell to purchase new Sim for my phone. Amrit was very helpful and he took his time to answer all and any questions or concerns that I might have had. As a 1st time buyer in Canada he really helped me
I had an Amazing experience this afternoon, with Deona and David support. After a hard time with customer service trough the phone, they did the best to help me even when I was almost giving up to buy. If you are in Markham and need an assistance you can count with them!!! Thank you for all the efforts to solve my problem!!!!!
Do not choose Bell. 3 times I had to call customer service to cancel a service which I cancelled every month I call upset and asking why are you charging me when I cancelled this service? I've never been so livid talking to customer support which is outsourced to the Philippines. I continue to ask to speak to a supervisor and they always say the manager/supervisor is busy at the moment. Is this the way you operate Bell? You continue to charge customers after cancelling services in hopes to make the customer pay for it? Do your support representatives ignore what the customer is saying? Is this normal business to you? Do not choose Bell services.... there are better services out there Rogers for one. Every time I have to call waste 45 minutes explaining to receive a credit. This is not right.

Worst customer service.. Today I specially went to the store to know about plans as my contract was now over. Two girls just sitting inside , no customer at all and said we can’t do that. What does that mean we cannot do that, isn’t it Bell store?? Don’t you have any plans to tell to customers?? They just wanted to sit freely and never wanted to attend any customer. After seeing all other negative reviews they should change their staff of course. In morning i called Bell and asked if they can upgrade my plan in store and they said yes. Thats why i went there.. after that i went to Virgin and switch to them in just 5 minutes. If virgin mobile can do that why dont Bell store give any plans for Bell Customers?? Please dont say thank you for review and contact us.. do something with your employees..0 stars
