I made an extremely last minute order today for a Sympathy basket. Ann's flowers I found had the most beautiful flowers put together compared to all other shops in the area and in Durham Region, where I am! Very friendly and accommodating. The basket was beautifully made and wrapped for weather protection. Transaction was easy. The family who received the basket was pleased and commented on how beautiful it was :) Thanks again for today!!!

Very happy with experience. Was contacted right away to let me know they ran out of a color for the roses and asked for permission to use another color. Arrangement came out beautiful and was delivered within a few hours of being ordered. My mother said it was the most beautiful arrangement she's received and very fresh. I ended up ordering another arrangement the next day for another person.

Used Ann's flowers for the first time for Mother's Day. Found her on yelp. She was very kind and helpful on the phone and delivered beautiful tulips in a beautiful vase to my mom for me. Exactly what i wanted. The best part is that my mom loves them. Thank you Ann.
