Acuity Professional Appraisals recently completed one appraisal report for me. They have both AACI and CRA accredited appraisers to assist any customer. They are truly independent and very professional. I always got fast response to all my inquiries and questions either via phone or via email. I was advised that multiple people are working on and or/reviewing the same appraisal to produce the most objective and high quality report. While the appraisal was completed with all necessary due diligence, the turnaround time was very quick too! The individuals I worked with are Agnes, Derek and William. Thank you for keeping the professional standard/bar high. Great job!
For those out there who are looking for appraisal, Acuity should not be on your list. Company seems to run by an individual that goes by the name \Derek\. He answers the phone. Great to get your money, but that is all there is. Does not provide report that you have paid for, does not respond to text or emails. He is a con in the industry. If anyone has any idea how to report him to local, provincial, and or even Federal agency, please advise. He should be in jail
