Owner is very friendly and will agree to all your requests just to book the job. But when the time comes to complete the job the company can't follow through on promises such as how long the job will truthfully take and expectations for quality finishing. No foreman ever sets foot onsite to keep an eye on the job and how it meets the customers requests. Workers are sent to the job site with little communication from the owner and unless you speak Chinese communicating is impossible as workers don't speak English at all. Materials that were removed and needed for reinstalling were accidentally thrown away at a cost of 450 to my family to replace. Only to be offered 150 to replace the discarded items. Workers didn't show up until 11 every day and wanted to stay until almost 8 at night when family and kids home from days activities. Also days when workers confirmed they would be working and didn't even show up or even call to address the no show. Owner said one time slept in and another time workers child was in hospital and another time workers heading to another job site. Very unprofessional and would not recommend.
