Delightful market with lots of variety og goods for sale on Mondays

Bakewell town is very nice and very scenic but also very small. Not a huge amount to see. After 3 or so hours, 4 tops you have had enough. The market itself is not any good. Very small and the same as any market anywhere. Nice place to have a walk around and have a look at the church/river and have something to eat for 2/3 Hours but that's it.
Nice to get back to open markets again and great in the sunshine.
Bakewell is such a lovely place to visit and if the market is on have a look around it . then call in for a drink or some food there are lots of really good places about
Nice change from the city, so quaint and beautiful. I love the fact theirs so many charity stores to find Little bargains, and not to mention the baked goodies also the locals are so polite and friendly
