Purchased a City & Guilds Hairdressing Level 2 book for my daughter in September 2017, never received the book and despite numerous phone calls to them I have never received either the book or a refund. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. WOULD NOT RATE THEM ONE STAR BUT COULD NOT MAKE POST WITHOUT CHOOSING AT LEAST ONE
