As always I so appreciate the friendly expertise of the staff and their kindly approach. I am eighty and though I love my computer I find it difficult to keep a clear head when asking for help! None of this fazes them and they tried several tests on the cables and then on the tower which I took to them. Finally I asked if they could make a house call. Thank you so much to Phil who came today and fixed it with great patience. I expected to pay more than they actually charge . It was worth every penny! Very late in reviewing this store but felt that I needed to put that right. Effecient, knowledgeable service from the guys who were dealing with someone who only knew that her laptop was white...I bought two laptops back in November 2019 and left all the transfers and tech stuff to them. Within days it was all done - my requests were listened to and none of the usual preloaded nonsense appearied on my desktop They handled all the stupid questions I posed with good grace and didn't attempt to hard sell. Would recommend wholeheartedly.

I took my laptop to Northants computers, not knowing very much about what could be wrong with it, a friend had told me, it needed this that and the other done. The lovely young man explained to me that although my computer wasn’t the latest, it would serve me well for what I needed it for. He explained a few things which could be updated, at a very reasonable price, there was no hard sell, my laptop was sorted ,ready to collect the next day. Thank you Northants computer repairs, I would certainly recommend and use you in the future.
