Pleasant shopping experience right now. Lots of products and a good short queueing system when you need to buy. No queues when you go in either. Just like in the good old days!!

Best place to go for seasonal flowers.

How are you actually supposed to shop? You can't get a trolley down most of the aisles, let alone and wheelchair for disabled users. I think someone should look at this with a bigger perspective of what the shopper needs.

Ok, still plenty of stock, though if popping in for one or two items, you have to go on a trail almost round the store (and it's big) to get to checkout. Don't always accept the advice given, I've been misled by it twice in past 3 months !!!

The store is untidy. I recall the Homebase stores in London were much tidier and brighter. Depleted stock and empty shelves. Aisles are very small. Staff are fine and will help but they do make it clear they are not really keen to help. They operate at the tills like robots. The store needs young people to inject some life back into it. The staff are mostly middle aged and seem uninterested.
