Uninformed staff. Let alone stocking cod loin they don't even know what it is. No idea about Skate and length of time to rest it. The piece of cod fillet I ended up with was average quality, badly trimmed and I didn't even dare to ask her to debone it. Mildly irritated by the weighing of the fish with the skin on when I've already asked for it to be skinned. When I buy overpriced fish I expect superb service. I will not be returning.
