Friendly staff, lots of choice, always willing to try their up most to help. Never had any problems when sending repairs with them or buying anything
They are helpful and have a full range of jewellery at reasonable prices
really 2nd rate service. was charged full price for a job that was not completed, and made a mess of my metal watch strap. seemed to be of no consequence to them. I have been to other Market Cross jewellers and have been well looked after. They seemed very complacent here!! will not use again
Would never give this place my jewellery again. They have lost one necklace, charged me triple the quoted price on a bespoke ring and the last time I will ever use them, they took my ring in for cleaning/buffing and rhodium plated it. They charged me for the privilege of returning it back to yellow gold. Buy from them by all means, but I personally will never trust them with anything I own again.
