Sadly we received a unprofessional removal service. 2 small vans sent with a 3 man crew, not all belongings were fitted in, some items were left behind and had to be collected the following day. Staff came without trolley to move heavy items, they had to ask a neighbour to borrow one. Sadly the trolley wasn't good and an item got broken. Staff were friendly however it appears they had never worked together previously. Despite boxes being marked with locations for new property, they were just unloaded very quickly and placed wherever they could. We was even left with a piece of someone else's wardrobe which we still have. Hopefully it was a one off and others don't get a similar level of service, we were sadly disappointed, which was a shame as the gentleman who came out to assess the removal seemed very nice and reassuring. Possibly the company was trying to fit too many jobs in on the same day? the chaps who helped were friendly.

Excellent service and highly recommended. We moved from Bucks to East Sussex and from first contact to removal day Mark handled the whole process with professional calm. Cannot praise our movers Tom & Dave enough, they were reliable, friendly, incredibly efficient and couldn't have been more helpful making the whole day so much easier. Thank you!

Thank you Mark & Team! Came to my rescue the week before Xmas, moving 3000 cubic sqft of stuff ( way too much!) quickly and efficiently! Great hardworking team. Definitely recommend them if you need help moving.

Mark was considerably cheaper than the nearest competitor and offered a much more friendly, personable service. Mark came out to meet my fiance and me in person at the storage facility and assessed the job, he then followed this up with regular updates by phone and text, before arranging for his staff to attend two different locations in East Sussex for collection, with delivery in County Durham. Despite the huge distance, the delivery staff arrived early and worked quickly and efficiently causing minimal disruption and no damage. A great all round service provided.

Could not be happier! This company is first class in every respect. Leon and Dan delivered our belongings to central France from the UK and are the best - friendly and mega efficient. Well done Mark Ratcliffe Removals!!
