This is a nice shop on the island of Rousay. Check for their hours, as they are not open extended hours. But, they have a great selection of food stuffs, fresh produce and meats, and various basic needs items. Nice selection of Orkney ice cream. Very friendly owner, and easy to find.

Compact but very friendly shop stocking essentials plus lots more. Delightful.
Great shop with most general supplies you would need. Petrol and diesel available. Fresh strawberries were superb. Remember in a general store like this it is normal to wait in the queue as locals like to chatter to the staff. Just be patient, have a chat yourself, there's no rush :)
