Very much enjoyed the fish and chips and a tall beer while overlooking the bay and people watching. The service was very friendly and quick. The fish was lightly breaded in tempura and not a heavy beer batter. The fries were seasoned nicely. The house made tartar sauce is also excellent. Definitely worth a visit.

Fish and chips. Water view and ships. It's decent food but it's one of the few eateries in Seaport Village where you can sit down and have a good view of the water without hurting the wallet.
Delicious Seafood at amazing prices This is where a lot of locals eat their lunch. Date Of visit: Tuesday, December 10, 2019 After a busy late morning of exploring the San Diego Seaport village, we stooped at Marion’s for a little bite to eat. This is a cute little food counter that offers outdoor seating along the water. There is a nice menu with a good variety of meal options. The fish is fresh and well prepared. They have daily specials board as well, offering different items that might not be on their regular menu. Service is good – the people working were very friendly, patient, and helpful. I had the swordfish tacos which were light flaky, delicious, and full of fresh delicious ingredients. Others had the fish tacos and soup, and the salmon salad which was amazing. The fish is so fresh and delicious. Prices are fair. I would recommend Marion’s fish market to anyone looking for a delicious meal of fresh fish. While we were there many people who clearly work in the area came there to grab their lunch. It is obviously very popular with the locals.

Best kept secret at this location! All the other venders had long lines, so we thought we'd take a chance and go to Marion's Fish Market. Boy! Are we glad we did! We ordered the Super Bowl with grilled Mahi Mahi and rice and beans, and it was pure ambrosia! The rice was moist and fluffy, the beans were soft and flavorful, The Mahi Mahi strips were grilled to perfection, and whatever spices they rubbed on it or marinated it in were amazing and not overpowering! The salad had many delicious toppings, as well. The cucumber lemonade, the first of that combo I've tried, was absolutely delicious! I could taste the cucumber, yet it wasn't overpowering. The lemonade portion was just the right combo of sweet and tart. We would recommend Marion's to everyone!
We got the seafood combo with calamari, crab cake, popcorn shrimp and fish tacos. I highly recommend the fish tacos. They were very good! Calamari and crab cake were tasty too.
