Great service in the beginning. Then I paid the required percentage down. This is were the service went downhill. I was told I would have a 2 week lead (wait) on my building. Finally, after 5 1/2 weeks I called back to the dealer where I left my deposit and inquired to the location of my building. After 2 more days I received a call from Hertiage Buildings that I was on the schedule for Thursday. 61/2 weeks later they arrived with my building. It was partially assembled before they left that day. I was then told I was rescheduled for the next Thursday. Long story short. Stay on top of your purchase. They will not. But they will expect their money when they are finished. Eventually finished I should say!
The level of customer care and service is exceptionally high. If you are in need of storage, this is definitely the place to go! If incredible customer care isn't enough for you, then let me tell you that their prices are even better, and can't be beat! I highly recommend, and will be spreading the word! Thanks, Tim and Cara!
I went to get a shed here and the owners are great. I was never pressured into looking at anything beyond my budget, and they never pushed products on me. Very professional and friendly. Very happy with the experience, and I will be recommending to others as well as returning in the future.
Check the floors people! Definitely not water sealed properly!
