I have nothing but good things to say about the practice. Dr Mason and Dr Murray visit the residents I look after in a care home and they are always helpful, have a good relationship with all the staff and the residents. Their bedside manner is second to none. They are happy to speak to family members if they have any concerns and listen to the staff regarding the residents needs and do what they can to help. Their dedication and passion really shows through on every visit. The rest of the team are always helpful whenever I have to ring and speak to them.

I find that the reception staff are helpful but the last couple of times when I have called I have just come across a negative response
20 phone calls within the space of 10 minutes. People desperate for appointments and the line cuts you off constantly. Absolutely disgraceful. Wonder why so many people end up in a&e / 1-1 centres cause they cant even book an appointment.
The Doctors don't have time for you the receptionists are rude and I'll mannerd... Every experience I've had here has been appalling, they treat public as if they are lower than themselves and you can't order a prescription until a certain time .. ridiculous
I've had a fab experience every time I have been. The doctor I see is caring and really understands what we need as patients. The staff are friendly and there are always appointments if in dire need. They listen and pay attention which I find refreshing compared to other places I have been. Perhaps some of these bad reviews are from people who prefer to place the blame on others rather than their own behaviours. I have seen no one in my time being told to leave. Everyone is treated with respect from what I see. It's a good wee practice so thank you staff. X
