Everything you need is along or across the building, accessible.. alert, attentive strict guards. Large, clean pool area. Showers in bathroom near pool area are not working though..

Rats nest and infested with bugs !! If you get an apartment in the back you will hear whistles from the businesses of four different parking lot attendants , 14 hours a day ! It appears that their are only three tenants on the entire 12th floor , making it even more creepy . In any other country this place would have been bulldozed !! This door was taped up the entire two months we were there . Complaints to administration and the Mayor's office are not resolved .
What to expect: - Regular home services. - An open pool. - An open gym (Poor one tho) Really nothing that stands out but will cover above basic necessities :)
Ask for house rules. Management is looking for something to charge you. From charging your guest to use condo pool, hanging colorful curtain or hanging laundry (colorful curtain is already there when we move) in the window to noise complain and forcing you to sign for warning and we ask to talk to the person who is complaining which they can't provide ( maybe no body really is complaining). To telling your guest that coming that no body is in the unit.
