I am a repeat customer who has had an AWFUL EXPERIENCE my 2nd time around. I'm financing a car currently and not even 30days later I had to replace a 5yr old battery and turns out now the alternator is bad, I call to see if he can fix it, and he is NOT apologetic or willing to do any same value trade ins or discounts,instead he said I would have to pay another down payment for another car, he didn't even offer to tow my car to his shop,(I'm sure he can tow if you missed a payment though!!!) however he is only concerned about me still making payments. And wants me to pay a tow fee and still make a payments on a car I can't drive, Be very careful with this business and have a lawyer on stand by, Absolutely No customer service what so ever. I DON'T FEEL LIKE A REPEAT CUSTOMER SHOULD BE TREATED IN THIS MANNER ...BE CAUTIOUS
