I am a repeat customer who has had an AWFUL EXPERIENCE my 2nd time around. I'm financing a car currently and not even 30days later I had to replace a 5yr old battery and turns out now the alternator is bad, I call to see if he can fix it, and he is NOT apologetic or willing to do any same value trade ins or discounts,instead he said I would have to pay another down payment for another car, he didn't even offer to tow my car to his shop,(I'm sure he can tow if you missed a payment though!!!) however he is only concerned about me still making payments. And wants me to pay a tow fee and still make a payments on a car I can't drive, Be very careful with this business and have a lawyer on stand by, Absolutely No customer service what so ever. I DON'T FEEL LIKE A REPEAT CUSTOMER SHOULD BE TREATED IN THIS MANNER ...BE CAUTIOUS
I thought I never was going to get a car because I had very poor credit major car dealerships turned me around, but this place changed my life forever. I was able to buy my very first car here all by myself (no cosigner), very reasonable and affordable. Thanks to Austin who helped me throughout the process. I’ve known Greg and Janet for 30 years, I bought my first car from them. They love their customers and they treat people right. If a car breaks down they try their best to repair it...they sell you a car in order to sell you or your family/friends one. They’ve remained in business decades by providing good customer service!
