Horrible experience. My wife went in for a simple emissions test and the tester managed to break the key to our car! I had to bring the extra key there then some how the person running the test manage to make the car fail for 3 monitors being out. Drove to the shop I work at (unfortunately we don't do emissions test there) and checked the car with my personal scan tool and all monitors were set with no codes. Then I took it to another emissions shop where it easily passed. It was impressive how hard they made such an easy process!

Mechanic should work on communication skills. Although his \guess\ of the problem was correct, I had to make the repairs. I left info for him to contact me, never heard back.
