PROFESSIONAL is the word that comes to mind. I called 6 other towing companies before Marietta Wrecker. Three companies didn’t answer the phone at all, and the other 3 were too busy to send someone that day. Marietta Wrecker answered the phone, got my information, gave me a quote, and had an appointment set all in less than 5 minutes. Nick the wrecker operator was even better. He showed up a few minutes early and was able to winch out my non-running car with no problem, even though it was partially blocked by a truck. Professional! He had no complaints about the hour long drive and was even able to drop the car exactly where I needed it. These guys were awesome at every step of the way. I highly recommend them. I wish I’d saved some time and aggravation and called them first!

Very professional and quick with their service. My husband was out riding his Harley when it died on him at a very big intersection. Our insurance company had requested a tow service from someone else but their response time was almost 2 hours. So I started to call more local companies and Marietta Wrecker was one of the only companies who would tow our Harley. They got to us within 20 minutes and were super friendly and our tow operator was very respectful and making sure that my husband was completely comfortable with how his bike was being towed because let’s face it that his baby. Lol. Thank you all so much for your help and quick response time!
The young man who assisted us went far beyond what was required. He made suggestions for a place for us to stay and gave us some good information about areas to avoid. He was friendly, professional, and efficient. He obviously knew a lot about vehicles. Thank you so much!
The driver Robert literally when out of his way to ensure that my vehicle made it not only to my residence but exactly how it should have been done! My wheel hub bearing had snapped and could have potentially broken my axle but he went out of his way to ensure my vehicle got here in one whole piece without snapping that tire off nor damaging my bumper. It takes a certain set of skills and artistic abilityto be able to perform the tax that Robert did today and I am eternally grateful for him being such a great professional. if this man is a representation of this company and how well they handle their business I give everybody there five Stars based off of his experience with me alone.
