The person that answered the phone quoted me around 6/block for glass block. When I arrived, he charged me over 8 and denied he quoted me 6. What a scheister!! All for 14. I won’t be back. How dishonest and unethical. Hope it was worth it!!!

Day 1 Neil and Marcus get 1 fifth of a star for just showing up. But as far as customer service are the worst two people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with, period. My request for them to ship two piece of material to me, which I was going to arrange because they told me they could not ship UPS, was not important and was ignored. Never treated so poorly before while trying to make a purchase. Do yourself a favor and shop else where. Stay tune daily updates to follow.

My wife and I were planning on moving out of the area and were hoping to get the highest dollar for our house. Our realtor recommended that we redo the flooring though out the house to make it flow better. My realtor suggested Federal Tile. We ended up working with Neil and were blown away by the customer service. Not only was the customer service great but the quality of tile we got for the price was great. He came and installed it. Not only did our home sell quickly. We got our money back and actually made an extra 5000 on the house because of the new floor. We would like to say thank you to Neil.
