Y'all seriously need to better. Staff is great facility is clean but management seriously needs to either hire more people or stick themselves. Or i'll find another place to donate. Do better

I had a wonderful experience. As a first time donor, I had lots of questions, and everyone I encountered at this center was so kind and helpful. From the front desk lady, the lady who checked my vitals, the friendly doctor with dreadlocks who did my physical exam, to all the techs in the back who did the actual blood collection. I really wish I got their names. They were so professional and polite. Although I have pretty thin veins which I guess made me a somewhat difficult candidate, but they still went ahead and got me in. The phlebotomist seem really experienced too. At about 95% completion, the machine began to beep and they realized I had developed 'hematoma' (nothing too serious) as there was a slight swelling around the site of the needle puncture, so they had to stop since I was almost there. They took great care of me and I'm really appreciative of that. I definitely recommend this center
Tried to donate blood, phlebotomist came and felt my veins for 5 seconds and said I wasn’t suitable to donate... didn’t even attempt or try & said it was her “expertise opinion” meanwhile I left and donated a few times w/o one issue THE SAME DAY at Octapharma plasma.... this location would’ve worked perfectly with my location but her attitude was such a turn off I won’t be back!
Awful. The phlebotomist don't even know what they're doing and are extremely rude. Do they not realize that if people don't donate then there's no need for them and they have no job? Clueless Staff full of uneducated people that probably only have their GED
AVOID THIS LOCATION! The receptionist's attitude was absolutely abhorent. Rolled her eyes at my questions and her answers were curt.
