This hotel is very nice, free food, Gym, Foxtel, other guests are very polite and courtesy. Staff cater to all my needs. Only complaint is that they seem to play “hotel California” song all day long... non-stop.

Good location, good staff, good food. I was a bit disappointed with the service and it took a while for my meal (friend) to come out. Saw Peter Dutton tho good bloke
Staff take things personal, if you offend them they will collude to ship you off to another Centre. Even if they feel intimidated cause of personal issues and weakness. Instead of dealing with the detainee & offering intense assistance, they make up fanciful stories and make you out to be a monster who’s about to snuff someone. Then they ship you out to Villawood in Sydney. No family no visits. Drugs are rife. Every day violence! Staff too scared to intervene. Detention Centres are not a nice place at all. If you’re weak minded, not physically and mentally strong, you will self harm or worse, self suicide. Staff don’t give a f\u003c#k! Staff stay in their safe room and only come out every other hour to glance around and back in the forte.

Excellent staff and facilities, much better then my experience on Nauru. Would definitely reccomend for a family trip if you have young kids.
Smuggling stuff in is a very smooth process. 5 stars. Actually lost 4 stars keeping being dicks about it once they found out what I did.
It's great that they make it available to see friends/relatives in the facility, the visitors centre is a friendly place and the staff very helpful.
